Which one surprised you? ๐Ÿ˜ณ Some crash tests are genuinely hard to watch. This compilation shows how dramatically vehicle structures can behave when subjected to severe frontal crash testing. Cars including the Nissan Quest, Honda Fit and Fiat 500 have all received Poor ratings in past IIHS driver-side small-overlap front tests. In the 2014 Nissan Quest test, the driverโ€™s survival space was severely compromised, with major intrusion into the occupant compartment. The 2013 Honda Fit also received a Poor rating after significant structural intrusion and concerning dummy movement during the impact. The Fiat 500โ€™s test showed similar issues, including poor structural performance and the dummyโ€™s head sliding away from the frontal airbag as the steering column moved sideways. Crash-test standards have continued evolving specifically because tests like these expose weaknesses manufacturers can then engineer around. Which crash test in this video surprised you the most?
