Now at 7, grabbing some dumbbells and getting a little workout in is completely normal to him. 😂 That’s really the goal. Not to make him a bodybuilder. Not to force him into anything. Just show him from a young age that taking care of yourself is part of life. Whatever he does with it from here is up to him.
