𝑻𝑾𝑶 𝒀𝑬𝑨𝑹𝑺 𝑳𝑨𝑻𝑬𝑹… ❤️ The first picture was Nova at 5. Now he’s 7, and seeing them side by side is crazy. I’ve never cared about turning him into a bodybuilder or making him look a certain way. I just want him growing up understanding that taking care of your body, staying active, and building good habits should be a normal part of life. He watches everything I do — probably more than he listens to anything I say. So I try to make sure the example I give him is one worth following. Consistency pays off.
