Pamela Anderson hasn't retired her mascara just yet. The Baywatch alum skirted her makeup-free rule by going full glam at the Vogue World show during Milan Fashion Week Sept. 22. With her signature blonde hair styled in side-swept curls, Anderson rocked jet black liner and gray eyeshadow for a smokey eye, as well as light pink lipstick. The 59-year-old capped off her look with a golden lamé maxi dress from Ferragamo, which she paired with a large chain necklace, a bangle bracelet and a cocktail ring. This marked one of the rare times Anderson opted to wear makeup on the red carpet since 2023, when she swore off "doing big makeup looks."
