Hayden Panettiere's cause of death has been officially confirmed one month after the actress died at age 36, according to the Greenville County Coroner’s Office. The coroner said an autopsy found no signs of trauma that contributed to her death and determined that the cause was the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine.
