Nearly three-quarters of U.S. adults report experiencing fatigue, with more than 16% saying they feel exhausted or very tired most days or every day, according to a CDC analysis. Women reported frequent fatigue more often than men, and the highest levels were recorded among women ages 18 to 34. The CDC says frequent fatigue can interfere with work and everyday life, with more than a third of adults experiencing it reporting limitations on the job. The analysis also found that people with frequent fatigue were more likely to report symptoms of depression, anxiety and cognitive difficulties. #fatigue #news #usa #study #genz
