Smoke and fire were seen at Russia’s Samara oil refinery on Tuesday after Ukraine said its forces had struck oil refineries in Samara and Ufa.⁣ ⁣ Reuters verified the location of the footage by matching buildings, chimneys and trees with satellite imagery.
