What we wear is a powerful reflection of what we stand for. Follow along with Annie, Oxfam’s Brand and Engagement Activation Officer at our #SecondhandSeptember event at Empty Bottle last week, where we hosted a vintage market with local sustainable, up-cycled, and craft vendors, plus live performances from Chicago favorites Tobacco City and Josephine.   Through everyday actions, conscious consumption take a stand and contribute to the broader fight for economic justice, climate resilience, and human rights. By rethinking how we shop, we can spark lasting, inclusive change that uplifts workers rights globally, protects the environment, and reflects a more fair and sustainable world.    This September and beyond, we’re taking a stand against the inequality woven into the fast fashion industry.   Special thanks and shoutout to local vendors: Project Onward, Apricot Vintage, Aged Pages Vintage, Dahl’s Vintage, Enid, Thank You Vintage, Sacrosanct, Loner Vintage, and Bibi Valen.
