A Senate panel will question how license plate cameras, including Flock Safety, track drivers across the country Wednesday. One witness, Florida driver Lindsey Isaacs, is expected to testify about how data from Flock cameras was used to wrongly accuse her of fleeing the scene of a fatal car accident she says she had nothing to do with.
