As someone who set people’s home up, one of my irritation is witnessing clients change their TV console units or wardrobes because of how roughly done it is. In the process we would discover substantial materials are sometimes used, MDF, Block boards or just rough work. You would think that since a client is spending so much money buying a house it should come with certain premium fixtures but No! Half the time clients take care of these things themselves because the Landlord or developer won’t. It’s just sad to see honestly. It would be great if developers who do this can do better.
