#HumansOfZipline 🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fabiola Urwibutso is on our Zipline Academy team and hails from Rwanda. Fabiola started off her career at Zipline as a Flight Operator and quickly transitioned into a more training-centric position, to fulfill her passion. First of all, I think about this value as connected to the customers and working on their concerns, as well as giving them a better experience. This focus on the customer has evolved from the hospital visit during Zipline Academy to now having someone in charge of customer obsession full time. I see the way feeling connected to the customer lifts up team spirit when we are launching and recovering at a high volume.
