#HumansOfZipline ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Blaise Musabe joined our Fulfillment Operations team in 2017, and is now part of the Product Operations team that serves as a bridge between the Fulfillment Operators and our Fulfillment Engineering team. One example of this is how closely operators and engineers work together. In most companies, an operator is a strict person who will focus on executing procedures as written. At Zipline, we are executing, but at the same time working on small improvements of the systems we have on hand.
