Known as biang biang noodles, they’re made by stretching and literally slapping the dough before ripping it into wide, chewy noodles. The name “biang biang” is said to come from the sound the dough makes hitting the counter. I finally tried them at Slap Hand-Ripped Noodles in Orlando and watching them make the noodles fresh by hand was half the experience, so so much flavor! 👀🍜 If you’re looking for unique Chinese food in Orlando, add this one to your list! #OrlandoFood #OrlandoFoodie #OrlandoRestaurants #ChineseFoodOrlando #internationaldrive
