Saudi rental solution platform Rize has secured a SAR 187.5 million ($50.4 million) asset-backed Murabaha credit facility from Jadwa Investment.
The Sharia-compliant financing will directly back Rize's "Rent Now, Pay Later" residential contracts. The platform enables tenants to pay rent in monthly installments while guaranteeing landlords their annual lease payment upfront, with all lease agreements registered via the official Ejar platform.
By utilizing debt to finance its growing lease portfolio, Rize preserves its equity capital to fund core software development, expand its partner network, and roll out new property features across Saudi Arabia.
