We’re looking for an experienced live-event leader who can manage the field operation from buildout → show → breakdown. That means: 👥 Leading crews within a 50+ person event staff ⛳ Managing the 22-bay hitting deck 🏟️ Field + guest-flow operations 📋 Running show cycles and changeovers 🚚 Buildout, nightly resets + strike 🤝 Coordinating vendors and venue teams ⚡ Solving problems in real time 🎓 Training local crews quickly and consistently And this is being built to travel.
