Last week, our French students in Grades 6–8 celebrated La Semaine du Goût (Taste Week) in the Johnson Courtyard, where French class became an exploration of the sights, smells, and flavors of French cuisine. Students made and sampled baguettes, crêpes, madeleines, chouquettes, and gaufres, along with plenty of pâte à tartiner (chocolate spread).
