DOLLY PARTON ESTATE WAR GOES TO COURT ⚖️ Less than a month after Dolly’s death, her longtime manager Danny Nozell has filed for a restraining order against her nephew Bryan Seaver, her head of security for 20+ years and the man she handpicked to announce her passing. The filing accuses Seaver of threatening violence and threatening to “destroy” Dolly’s brand unless he was paid, including a threat to launch a podcast aimed at ruining her business deals. The estate says her estate attorney quit, staff resigned, and employees now need private security. Seaver was fired last week and locked out of her properties. He denies making any threats and accuses Nozell and Pinnacle Bank, who oversee her $650 million trust, of acting in “bad faith” to profit from her legacy. Dolly avoided drama her whole life.
