We asked EJ about his most valuable takeaway from Old Masters, and he responded: "My biggest takeaway from Old Masters was the strong relationships I created with my OM peers, the advisers (shout out to Roger and Cheryl!!), and the Old Masters themselves that I still talk to. There are about 3 Old Masters across the years that I always meet up with whenever we're in the same city. Keeping those relationships strong makes it seem like a never ending Old Masters program. As your life evolves the advice you need also evolves, so having mentors the caliber of the Old Masters family has proven invaluable over time.
