Ingredients
for beef
* 1½ lbs thinly shaved beef
* 1½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp sesame oil
* 1 Tbsp cornstarch
* Oil, for cooking
stir-fry
* 1 lb refrigerated yakisoba noodles
* 5 cups broccoli florets
* 5 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
* 3 Tbsp water
* Salt, to taste
* Green onions, for garnish
sauce
* ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
* ½ cup chicken broth
* 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
* 2 Tbsp brown sugar
* 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
* 2 tsp sesame oil
* 2 tsp cornstarch
