The 82 year old "Empress of Soul" says she's finishing her 2026 shows before new ventures next year. This comes after her son Shanga Hankerson publicly accused her husband and manager, William McDowell, of continuing to book dates despite her plans to scale back, saying his real fear is that Knight will be worked until she passes away.
