In the midst of all the hate, it's nice to see a prominent NBA figure stand up for his daughter and the trans community. 🫶⁣ ⁣ On the conversationswithcam podcast, NBA Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade said he began distancing himself from certain jokes and language in the Miami Heat locker room long before his daughter Zaya publicly came out as transgender. 👏⁣ ⁣ Wade also called out teammates, including close friend Udonis Haslem. Haslem later changed his thinking, language, and actions after their safe convesation. 🙌⁣ ⁣ Zaya came out publicly in 2020.
