I got a "complaint" about my most recent Dear Good People newsletter: - "Just wanted to say that I'm so mad at you. Your Dear Good People newsletter was so beautiful and touching. You made me ugly cry today ... please add a crying warning LOL." (She even attached a photo of her tear-streaked face!) Lesson learned! Consider yourself warned. Some more typical responses: - "Thank you, Dolly! So inspiring, and such an important topic. May very well be my favorite ‘dear good people’ letter so far. Thanks from one of your many readers appreciating your work way too silently." - "Thank you for this month's Dear Good People. Learned a lot." Wonder what all the fuss is about?
