When writing my book, A MORE JUST FUTURE, I think I read it over and over a million times. But there was something so special about getting to read it aloud for the audiobook recording. Knowing you were going to hear my voice was an uncharted feeling for me. Writing is personal ... narrating is PERSONAL. I was so fortunate to work with a dream production team of Tiffany Frarey frareyti and Cathleen Conte cat0998 Conte. They "got" the book and created an atmosphere where I felt I could read as my full self, voice cracking with emotion and all. As an avid audiobook listener myself, I was blown away to see firsthand how much behind-the-scenes work goes into making sure every word is pronounced correctly, every stomach growl is edited out, every sentence is uttered with intention.
