One of my biggest learnings while writing the book was the importance of both heat AND light in driving change. Heat creates discomfort and disruption. Light educates and meets people where they are. Historically, more change happens when both heat and light operate in parallel. Many of us lean towards one or the other in our temperament and skills, which is great (I lean towards light).
