I’m still ambitious. Having kids just changed what I’m willing to give up for the next opportunity. I still want to grow in my career. I also want to be there for bedtime, have energy left for myself, and do things I enjoy without turning them into another goal. These days, a “yes” has to make sense for the life I’m building, too.
