Friday dinner malibufoodandwine in celebration of ctaop hosted by charlizeafrica … bryanvoltaggio mvoltaggio marcelvigneron and I crated a stunning meal served under the stars. laurenraelevy crushed it as usual. We got some amazing help in the kitchen from leeannewong chefvinniecimino (his hands btw if you guessed it right you win) chefvietpham and and superb culinary squad led by chilaquiles_king . And Saturday was our annual ctaop gala and that was beyond amazing. A great red carpet although tough walking it after Charlize (in dior of course). The food was courtesy of curtisstone and I nerded out in the back for an hour with the Consul General of South Africa talking food policy which is my preferred party mode these days. The V Brothers desert was a strawberry fish but no fish course that was beyond delicious. Anyway a huge hug to all of my CTAOP family who raised a ton of dough for one of my fave causes and I’m so proud to serve on their Ubuntu Council. Head to the CTAOP page here...
