As the founder of a fitness brand for 10+ years, it’s pretty powerful to step out of the frame and go behind the scenes. For the first time since 2013, I directed a @dancebody photoshoot instead of being the face of it, and honestly, it felt really damn good. There’s something so empowering about building a brand that doesn’t need me in every shot. I got to step back, direct the vision, and watch our phenomenal in-house talent bring it to life, knowing I’ll always be the heartbeat of the brand… and let’s be honest, still the face😂 I’m loving this evolution and staying open to whatever comes next.
