Alaska from above is something else 🥹🏔️ A few things I didn’t realize about Alaska until visiting: 🇺🇸Alaska is the largest state in the USby FAR. You could fit Texas, California, and Montana inside it and still have room left over. 🏔️Denali is the tallest mountain in North America at 20,310 ft. 🌊Alaska has more coastline than all the other U.S. states combined. ☀️During the summer, some parts of Alaska experience 24 hours of daylight. 🇷🇺And yes, Russia and Alaska really are that close. At their closest islands, they’re only about 2.4 miles apart. But honestly, no fact really prepares you for how massive and untouched Alaska feels until you see it for yourself.
