Last week, #FairfieldU dedicated "She Wouldn’t Take Off Her Boots", a bronze Holocaust memorial sculpture by artist Victoria Milstein. Located between the Charles F. Dolan School of Business and Bellarmine Pond, the memorial honors five Jewish women who stood in the face of terror during the Holocaust and refused to comply. The dedication brought the Fairfield community together to remember, reflect, and honor the lives and courage represented by the memorial.
