With the Missouri Baptist University Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony taking place this Friday, we wanted to introduce you to one of our three newest members! Giovanna (Tapigliani) Evans was a member of the women’s volleyball program that won back-to-back national championships in 2020 and 2021. She dominated her way through the American Midwest Conference, earning Player of the Year in each of those seasons. Now a member of the Student Success team at MBU, Evans’ impact on the Spartan community continues to run deep. She joins eight other women’s volleyball players in the Hall of Fame. #SpartanUp
