I can see where I can start to get on people's nerves 🤣🤷🏽‍♂️ You guys saw the marlin i hooked and LOST last week. That in itself was an epic encounter and I was still excited to have one opportunity at a local striped marlin (even though they can be targeted trolling most years). Of course I forgot to put my brand new tillerfabrication gaff in the boat that morning 🤦🏽‍♂️ Well after re-tying & sending out another mackerel, it happened AGAIN! This time I was victorious! I kept it and had pacificcoastfishco come pick it up to process it so we can consume this delicious fish for many months. It continues to be a challenging fishing season for many anglers, at times myself included. However, the opportunity is there and it's been a blast figuring out ways to get bit. Stoked to share this epic experience with the_cigar_afishinado and thanks to everybody that was cheering us on...both times! I got several messages with photos and videos from anglers from the various other boat...
