Pizza dough: -4 cups flour (I prefer pizza flour from @Sunrise Flour Mill- discounted 🔗 in my 🔗 🌳) - 1 TBSP salt -1 TBSP sugar -1 3/4 cups warm water - 1 tbsp active dry yeast -4 tbsp olive oil (I used 1 duck egg or 2 chicken eggs tonight!)
