Society has people convinced that anyone eating “healthy” must be on a diet or trying to lose weight …
But that it’s normal to consume fast food, a sh*t ton of sugar, and junk on a daily basis 🧐
I don’t view foods as good vs bad, but I do question how they’re gonna make me feel
Here’s the thing
Foods that are GOOD for you will make you feel GOOD
Make you feel nourished
Heal your gut
Help your bloating
Clear your skin
Give you more natural energy
Boost your mood
Help issues such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, blood pressure
So, if you’re constantly forcing yourself to eat “healthy” because you’re on a “diet” or torturing yourself again over a physical appearance
You should start directing your energy towards paying attention to how you FEEL, mentally & physically, instead of how you look.
& just because you’re not on a “diet” doesn’t mean you shouldn’t eat foods that are good for you.
