A little taste of the sea… right here in San Antonio. This Maine girl had to put Seaspice to the lobster-roll test, and I’m happy to report: they understood the assignment. We started with oysters from Texas and the Atlantic coast, cocktails, and mango ceviche served with banana chips that I’m still thinking about. Then came the main event: the Maine lobster roll for me and the Boston lobster roll for my friend. Both were cooked perfectly, but that Maine roll had me mentally back on tbe coast. Seaspice brings coastal cuisine, craft cocktails, and French Riviera vibes to San Antonio, and the whole experience felt like a little getaway without leaving town.
