For nearly a decade, Adriann Rosales, HR Business Partner at Hillman's Bakersfield facility, has organized an annual back-to-school backpack drive to support her colleagues and their families as the school year begins. Her generosity is a wonderful example of Hillman's first core value, People First, demonstrating the importance of supporting one another and strengthening our workplace community. This year's backpack drive was another great success, helping students start the school year with the supplies they need.
