The woman, who filed the lawsuit as Jane Doe in December 2024, acknowledged in a new court filing that her allegations against Jay Z were false. She also apologized for the “pain, suffering, and damage” her claims caused him. She says she had disclosed mental health conditions to her legal team before the lawsuit was filed. The original suit, brought by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, alleged that Jay Z and Diddy sexually assaulted her while an unnamed celebrity watched. In the new filing, she states there is “no truth to any of my claims against Mr. Carter” and says she has not received any financial compensation from Jay Z or anyone acting on his behalf.
