#Repost @just___manda ... It’s not always cheating or physical abuse that leads to a marriage ending. For me, it was “marriage death by a thousand cuts”. Truly, it’s emotional neglect and disregard that left me feeling alone, unworthy, unloved, uncared for, unprotected. There were some huge moments but these “cuts” over yearsssssss led to the deterioration of not only me, but my marriage. It didn’t matter how vocal I was, how patient, how graceful, and understanding I was. The thousand cuts were enough for me to realize I needed to save myself.
