香奈兒將巴黎Café Mademoiselle的想像帶進中山街區，不是完全複製一個遙遠的巴黎場景，而是讓它與台北原有的城市風景自然交會。一面牆、一個書報攤、窗框、陽光、街道人影與咖啡香，在同一個空間裡彼此交疊，熟悉的中山日常因此多了一點巴黎式的浪漫，也多了一個讓人停留的理由。
