An Arizona man is accused of trying to pry open a woman’s window before 5 a.m. while she was home with her young kids. Police say a concerned neighbor called after spotting 42-year-old Eduardo Palos in the backyard of a Tortosa home around 4:52 a.m. The woman told officers she had previously been texting Palos, but police say her last message to him was that she was going to sleep. Palos allegedly told officers she invited him over. Police say he appeared intoxicated, smelled like alcohol and told them he had about 7 drinks at a nearby casino before showing up. He was arrested on suspicion of first-degree trespassing.
