The Unified Champion Schools® Inclusion Academy brings eight areas of learning together through one connected, competency-based micro learning modules. Participants begin with the foundations of Unified Champion Schools® and inclusive mindsets before exploring Universal Design for Learning, Social-Emotional Learning, school climate, youth leadership, workforce readiness, and technology for inclusion. Grounded in more than 50 years of Special Olympics experience, the Academy draws on the power of sport to show how shared participation, leadership and whole-school engagement can strengthen inclusion across classrooms, schools and communities.
