Starship is about to cross its most important threshold yet. The FAA has cleared SpaceX to attempt Starship’s first orbital mission, with Flight 14 targeting September 28. It will also attempt to deploy 26 next generation Starlink satellites. This is bigger than another spectacular rocket launch. SpaceX is beginning to test whether Starship can become an actual orbital transportation system. If the architecture ultimately works, the consequence is not simply cheaper launches. It is dramatically more mass reaching orbit, enabling larger satellites, telescopes, lunar infrastructure and potentially entire industries that are economically unrealistic today. Flight 14 does not prove that future. But orbit is where that future begins. #SpaceX #Starship #Space #Technology #MacroSift
