NFL Wall of Fame: Wide Receivers Every record once belonged to Jerry Rice. It took twenty-five years, and two of the greatest to ever play, to pass the torch. Jerry Rice set the single-season touchdown record in 1987, then the yardage record in 1995. Randy Moss broke the touchdown mark in 2007, with 23. Calvin Johnson broke the yardage record in 2012, with 1,964, still the standard today. Larry Fitzgerald outlasted almost everyone: seventeen seasons, 1,432 catches. But who is the greatest? Rice’s #80, Moss’s #84, Megatron’s #81, Fitzgerald’s #11. Which one’s on your wall?
