[A walk with Dave.] As I’m saying goodbye to the people that have been alongside the journey I’ve been on, the legacy that I hopefully have built on this campus, Dave helped me say goodbye to the place where it all started. My career started with me strolling around campus like this, taking photos of campus and the people amongst it. Now, 3 years later, I no longer take photos, I make them. But more than anything, this is a Dave appreciation post. He taught me the difference between taking and making photos. The first time we talked was after my first Final Four trip at a baseball we cover together where jacksongmurray intro’d me to Dave and I’ve been fascinated ever since.
