#LilDurk’s co-defendants DeAndre #OTFDede Wilson and David #Browneyez Lindsey are seeking a new trial after being found guilty on stalking charges. Attorneys for the two men filed court documents requesting a schedule for briefing on post-trial motions. Wilson and Lindsey were convicted on stalking charges but acquitted of the m-rder-for-hire charges on Sept. 11. The filing says their attorneys previously moved for judgments of acquittal under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 29, with the motions renewed after the close of all evidence. The court is set to hear the motions next month. Lil Durk faced the same charges but was acquitted on all counts.
