Finishing up this 5-story Brooklyn brownstone transformation at 428 Vanderbilt. What a long strange trip… it’s always bittersweet when I finish a house. I’ll miss most of the guys (and there is a gal on the crew). Also the Hungry Ghost coffee shop on the corner, and the deli guy for a pack of trident. The neighbors, especially Akim and Kim. And the gal that I helped shovel her car out and we became neighborhood friends. The passers by on bike and foot, kids and strollers, some of the dogs, the UPS guy… All mostly great people. Love that hood. #brooklynrealestate #brownstone #luxuryliving #hometour #luxuryrealestate 428 Vanderbilt Brooklyn | 5 Story Brownstone Showing Now
