Day 2 of the 12 days of cider brings us another flagship bottling–Wiccopee. Wiccopee is the name the East Algonquin gave to our area, the “east side of the river.” Over the years, Wicoppee has transformed from a clean, filtered, and dry cider to a rustic, wild-fermented, unfiltered, and bottle-conditioned blend of eco-certified apples. 🍎Varieties: Chestnut Crab, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Harrison, Binet Rouge, Brown Snout 🥂Tasting Notes: Grassy meadows mixed with birch and herbs on the nose, leading to a bright palate of green apple skins and a slate-like minerality. Medium-bodied and reminiscent of a classic dry Prosecco. 🛍️Find Wicoppee along with our full selection of ciders in the @fishkillfarms Farm Store! You can also visit the “where to find us...” link in our bio for a list of stores and restaurants that carry our cider. #treasurycider #12daysofchristmas #wiccopee #hardcider #newyorkcider #fishkillfarms #treetobottlecider
