Our cauliflower is nutty and flavorful--and comes in a variety of colors! You can simply steam it, but we find its flavor comes to like when sliced into thick steaks and grilled or roasted. If creativity strikes, you can use it to make pizza crust or into a mash. Don't forget to add your favorite spices!
