❄️ Happy Winter Solstice! 🌗🌟 Today marks the shortest day and longest night of the year — a turning point as we welcome the slow pace of winter and the gradual return of longer days with the promise of spring not too far away. While our fields rest under the frosty blanket of winter, we’re busy behind the scenes planning for the season ahead. This is the time for sifting through seed catalogs, carefully pruning each and every one of our fruit trees, and eagerly dreaming up ways to improve the farm in the new year— with our community as our compass. Stay cozy, savor this season, and let’s continue to grow together in the next season 🌱 #WinterSolstice #FarmLife #SeasonalCycles #GratefulForTheEarth #LocalFarmers #SustainableLiving #FishkillFarms #HudsonValley
