9+1 is done and dusted thanks to the 5th Ave Mile this morning!!! ✅✅✅ Definitely not my fastest mile (although it is a Strava PR) but honestly I’ll take with how humid it was!! I’m so proud of myself for completing the 9+1 program this year to gain entry into the 2024 NYC Marathon! Many early mornings, panicked park jobs and hard fought miles have lead to this and I can’t wait to run NYC next year with moof33 ! #nb5thavemile #tcsnycmarathon
