***** 7 DAY CHALLENGE ***** For the next 7 days, I challenge you to set a number of hours that you want to sleep (preferably 8 or more) and stick to it! See if you can be in bed and get adequate or better sleep each and every night. I am personally challenging myself to be in bed for 10 hours per night. Being a professional athlete, my body requires more sleep than most, but we all need good sleep to recover our minds and bodies.
